Quality Assurance Supervisor
New Generation Wellness is a fifth-generation, family-owned dietary supplement manufacturer celebrating 100 years in business. We’re GMP-registered with NSF and UL and certified Kosher and Halal.
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA team on the production floor.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
On-Site at our Colorado Springs location
What You'll Do:
• Lead, train, and coach a team of QA Technicians across manufacturing, packaging, and quarantine
• Review batch records and uphold Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Drive deviations, non-conformances, OOS investigations, and CAPAs to closure
• Support internal and external audits, supplier qualification, change control, and validation (IQ/OQ, cleaning)
• Partner with Operations, Product Development, and Quality leadership to strengthen our quality culture
What You Bring:
• 2–4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, such as dietary supplements, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
• Hands-on experience with batch record review, deviations/CAPA, and internal audit
• Working knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements; 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplement cGMP) experience preferred
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP and electronic QMS systems
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field preferred; ASQ (CQA, CQIA) or PCQI certification a plus
