Project Manager

Responsible for leading full lifecycle of residential construction and reconstruction/remodeling projects from preconstruction and permitting through execution and closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while also managing costs and risks. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, including activity sequencing, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis. Personally oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations in the field under strict time constraints, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and execution in accordance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications. Monitor progress against established baselines, identify, timeframes, manage schedule, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance. Utilize Procore or another similar tool to manage project documentation and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with contractual requirements.

Manage project financial performance by tracking labor, material, subcontractor, and overhead costs; analyzing variances, and preparing forecasts, financial summaries, and performance dashboards using Google Sheets and Microsoft Power BI. Prepare and review detailed estimates and scopes of work through analysis of architectural drawings, specifications, and field conditions, using AutoCAD for drawing review and constructability assessment. Coordinate permitting processes and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and local regulations. Conduct site visits and stakeholder meetings to verify progress, quality, and safety, while maintaining clear communications with clients and project teams to drive successful project completion.

Requires: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or a related field plus a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Manager. Related construction industry experience must include Microsoft Project, Procure, Google Sheets, Microsoft Power BI, AutoCAD, cost and risk management, and field experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Travel as needed to job sites within MSA. Wage is $42.08/hr.
