• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes, schools, or daycare settings.
• Work directly with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist children in building independence, learning new skills, and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and document data to track each child's progress.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other team members to support each child's development.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to develop professional skills.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18-$24/hour
• Shifts: Evening - 4 PM -7 PM
• Location: Frederick, Maryland

Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• No Need for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification!
• Training will be provided!
• Ability to pass a background check.
