SUCCESSFUL IN OTHER INDUSTRIES? BRING YOUR SKILLS HERE.
We are looking for people who like people.
Some of our most successful team members have come from hospitality, sales, banking, customer service, restaurants, retail, real estate and other relationship-driven industries.
If you've been successful because you're good with people, communicate well, work hard and know how to earn someone's trust, we can teach you the automotive business.
We can teach you to sell. We can't teach you to like people.
WE BELIEVE BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE FUN.
Let's be honest - buying a car has traditionally been associated with stress, pressure and long hours.
We believe it can be completely different.
Our goal is to create a professional, fun and enjoyable environment for both our employees and our guests.
When our employees enjoy coming to work, feel respected and have fun doing what they do, our guests feel it too.
We want our customers to leave thinking:
"That was actually fun."
Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, but it doesn't have to be a stressful experience. We believe you can provide a professional, knowledgeable and exceptional experience without pressure or games.
That's the type of environment we're building - and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.

You need to enjoy meeting people, learning about them and helping them find the right vehicle for their needs.
We'll teach you the rest.

You already know how to work with people.
We'll teach you:
- Our products

A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT THAT'S ALSO FUN.
We take our business seriously.
We don't take ourselves too seriously.
We believe work should be a place where you can be professional, successful and have fun at the same time.
Our employees should enjoy working with each other, and our guests should enjoy spending time with us.
Professional doesn't have to mean boring.

YOUR INCOME POTENTIAL IS UNLIMITED.
You'll start with a $60,000 base salary and have unlimited opportunity to earn additional monthly and customer-retention bonuses.
$100,000+ in your first year is possible.
Your previous industry doesn't determine your future earning potential.
Your work ethic, ability to connect with people, willingness to learn and commitment to taking care of customers can.
IF YOU'RE GREAT WITH PEOPLE, WE WANT TO MEET YOU.
If you've been successful in another industry and are looking for an opportunity to take your career and income to the next level, we'd like to talk with you.
You don't need automotive experience.
You don't need to be a car enthusiast.
You need drive, personality, integrity and a genuine desire to help people.
WE CAN TEACH YOU TO SELL.
WE CAN'T TEACH YOU TO LIKE PEOPLE.
