Assemblers

Assemblers: \$22-\$28.00 Depends on experience * Perform bench assembly operations, conducts repetitive operations on pump heads, service kits, motor, and drive housings. * Refurbish units, bypass, and sub-assemblies. * Check assemblies for proper fit, adjusting and replacing parts and components as required. * Test pump and motor assemblies, using written test specifications. * Rework faulty pump and/or motor assemblies, replacing parts if necessary. * Read and fully understand product sketches, drawings, MCD\'s and PCD\'s. * Perform preventative maintenance on test equipment, such as gauges, flow meter and test stands. * Transport parts to be tested and completed parts to appropriate area for shipping, stocking, or rework. * Determine product rejects for rework or scrap and completes required paperwork. * Participate in organizing statistical quality control. * Perform other duties as required.
