Promote safe work practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), hazard assessments, contractor safety, and compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to maintenance personnel, supporting recruitment, onboarding, staffing requirements, and employee performance.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and the station's NERC Coordinator to support maintenance priorities, regulatory requirements, and accurate technical documentation.
Lead maintenance improvements and support the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring equipment and procedural modifications are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented.
Support maintenance staffing, performance evaluations, technical documentation, and the System Expert program, while completing additional duties assigned by the Plant Manager.
