Support maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems, including transmitters, control valves, sensors, PLCs, DCS, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and associated field devices.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures using multimeters, insulation testers, vibration monitoring equipment, and other diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, including switchgear, motor control centers, transformers, motors, batteries, chargers, inverters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, compressors, fans, piping, and auxiliary plant systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components, including bearings, seals, couplings, gearboxes, actuators, and other rotating equipment to maintain safe and reliable operation.
Conduct equipment alignments, lubrication, adjustments, component replacements, and mechanical repairs using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, equipment histories, technical drawings, and repair documentation using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, confined space entry, and applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
Complete additional maintenance assignments and special projects as needed to support safe and reliable plant operations.
