PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT

Minneapolis, MN | $22.00 - $23.50/hr | Contract to Hire

Mural Group is partnering with a global specialty chemical and materials manufacturer to hire Production Associates for their Minneapolis, Minnesota facility. We have openings on both 2nd and 3rd shift. Both are Monday through Friday - no rotating weekends, no Sunday nights.

Choose Your Shift

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM at $22.00 to $23.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM at $22.00 to $23.50/hr

What You Will Be Doing

This facility produces specialty polymer and extrusion-based materials used in automotive, packaging, appliance, and consumer goods manufacturing. As a Production Associate you will:

• Stage and weigh ingredients to recipe specifications to support the production line
• Set up and operate production machinery following safety and operating procedures
• Process, package, and skid finished materials per customer specifications
• Support Production Operators with materials and supplies to keep equipment running efficiently
• Perform machine cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards throughout your shift
• Complete required production documentation and paperwork accurately
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements - safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirator, gloves, and area-specific gear

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience
• Active forklift license
• Comfortable operating production machinery and following written procedures and batch recipes
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly throughout an 8.5-hour shift
• Dependable attendance - both shifts rely on people showing up consistently
• Reliable transportation to the Brooklyn Park / northwest Minneapolis area
• Genuine availability for 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday
