PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - EARLY SHIFT

Mural Group is partnering with a global specialty chemical and materials manufacturer to hire a Production Associate for their Englewood, Colorado facility. Before anything else: this shift starts at 3:00 AM. If that works for your life, keep reading - because the pay and the schedule are genuinely worth it.

The Schedule

This is a rotating compressed schedule that averages 3 to 3.5 working days per week on 12.5-hour shifts. You are done by mid-afternoon and have more days off than you work. The specific rotation alternates week to week. Note: the schedule is set to change in the new year - updated hours will be communicated to candidates before their start date.

What You Will Be Doing

• Set up and operate secondary manufacturing equipment following all safety and operating procedures
• Support Production Operators with materials and supplies to keep equipment running efficiently
• Examine materials visually and physically to ensure they meet quality and conformance standards
• Complete required production documentation and paperwork accurately throughout the shift
• Perform machine cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and work procedures for the duration of your shift
• Report any issues or concerns to your Lead or Supervisor promptly

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand tools, scales, mixers, and secondary machinery
• Basic math skills - working with units of weight, volume, and distance
• Comfortable following written procedures, recipes, and product specifications
• Computer literate - ability to complete documentation in manufacturing systems
• Reliable transportation to the Englewood facility for a 3:00 AM start
• Dependable attendance - this is a physically demanding schedule and showing up consistently is the most important thing on this list
