Strategy and Operation Manager - Conduct modeling and analysis along qualitative and quantitative measures to inform business decisions; Evaluate the performance of current operations and recommend strategies, changes in priorities to achieve business goals. Coordinate the order and delivery of materials to job sites. Manage a team of project managers. Facilitating site planning meetings. Track company resource usage. Identifying project risks and proposing solutions. Dispatch subcontractors and equipment. Measure and managing client satisfaction. Facilitate weekly operations meetings. Coordinate equipment maintenance. Keep track of vendor pricing. Maintains accurate payroll time records and reports. Must have bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. Must have 1 year experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in a related occupation.
