Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key function for the Multi Sales warehouse team and is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and clean by picking, packing, stocking products. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, and quality-focused with previous experience working in a warehouse environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in an established and growing multi-state company!

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail ensuring transfers/shipments are picked, packed, and shipped according to picking ticket specifications.
• Serve as a backup to shipping, stocking, and driving when necessary
• Occasional use of ERP system to verify stock & location.
• Take ownership of the warehouse by addressing any issues (cleanliness, stock, product labeling, etc.)
• Move material using pallet jacks
• Commitment to safety and a hazard-free work environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED and or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to walk/stand/sit for long periods of time, bending, stooping, and squatting
• Ability to reach, feel, grasp, grip, carry, push, and pull
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Valid State driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
