High school graduate or equivalent (GED) 2. Possess current Pennsylvania bus driver's license with S, P, and Airbrake endorsements. 3. Proof of completion of an approved driver training course and CDL. Maintain all as applicable with state and federal guidelines. 4. Maintain a good driving record. 5. Maintain requirements for bus driver's license, including physical examination, driver schooling, etc., so as to keep bus license current. 6. Ability to read, follow and understand both written and verbal instructions. This position is eligible for fringe benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period: 1. Health, dental and vision insurance plan at an affordable cost: $135 once per month individual; $240 once per month family 2. OR semi-annual stipend in lieu of health benefits if otherwise insured 3.
