Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years *** Hybrid; 2 days onsite per week ;Background check required before you start the project. ****
Position Overview
Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis
- Writing up technical requirements
- Testing and implementing technology solutions
- Conducting research
- Creating procedures to improve the existing systems
- Providing training and support to users
- Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- MUST HAVE data analytics experience
- Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
- Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
- Experience with Service Now Integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery) a plus
