Operations & Sales Manager

Full-Time | $50,000–$75,000+ per year. Base pay plus performance incentives, so top performers can earn at the high end and beyond. Mr. Handyman of Charlotte, Gastonia and Monroe has had a record year and is seeking an organized, motivated, and results-driven Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our field technicians, and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, book appointments, and manage daily scheduling.
• Maximize technician productivity and minimize downtime.
• Lead, support, and coordinate our team of field technicians.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Perform inside sales, follow up on estimates, and convert leads into booked jobs.
• Develop commercial business through outbound sales calls, prospecting, and customer visits.
• Achieve weekly revenue, sales, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, scheduling, or field service management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Sales experience and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Home services or construction industry experience preferred.
