WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Knock out repair and maintenance calls (usually 2 hours to 2 days): carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim, fixtures, and general plumbing and electrical repairs where allowed by law.
• Explain the work to customers and recommend other repairs they need. Tell the office about extra work you find, and the office writes and prices it.
• Follow our proven service process ("the Mr. Handyman Way"), document each job, invoice and collect payment.
• Ask happy customers for reviews. Our work is guaranteed for one year, so we do it right the first time.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 5+ years of paid handyman, carpentry or building-maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in at least three of: carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, flooring, door and window repair.
• Your own everyday tools and comfort using our mobile work-order system.
• A valid driver's license, insurable on our vehicle policy, plus background and driving record checks.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights and overhead, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work on your own and give great customer service.

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; weekends off.

PAY: $50–60+/hr earning potential.
