MPower is hiring in the DC area for people who’d rather be judged on results than on how long they’ve clocked in. If you’ve ever felt capped by a job that paid you the same no matter how hard you worked, this is the opposite of that.

This is a customer-facing sales role. You’ll meet directly with homeowners to introduce them to clean, affordable energy options. We hand you the territory, the training, and the team, and you bring the drive.

No previous sales experience required. We provide paid training and daily coaching from day one, so you can get up to speed fast. Whether you’re starting your first career or looking for something with real upside, this role rewards effort over tenure.

What You’ll Earn

• $900–$1,500 per week average earnings, base pay plus uncapped commission
• Weekly pay, every week

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout the DC area and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
• Explain program details and potential savings clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions with honesty and professionalism
• Guide interested customers through a simple enrollment process
• Track your own numbers and work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Take part in daily coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Represent MPower with professionalism in every interaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required, with paid training provided from day one
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional attitude
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people daily
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Reliable and consistent, with full-time availability
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
