Associate Attorney

Position Overview Mountain View Law Group is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our three-partner firm in Ogden, Utah. While we offer a variety of legal services, this position would be focused primarily on injury law and social security disability. This position is ideal for an attorney with 2--5 years of experience who wants meaningful work with an established law firm, a collegial team and a schedule that leaves room for a life outside the office. Qualifications •J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school •Active Utah State Bar license in good standing (or active bar license from another state and the ability to be licensed in Utah within six months) •2--5 years of legal practice experience, including some litigation experience •Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills •Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality work •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with clients professionally and empathetically •Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
