Construction Laborers

Position Overview: Morrison Renovations LLC is actively seeking dependable, hardworking W-2 Construction Laborers to join our growing property maintenance and general contracting team across Connecticut.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction, property turnover repairs, and carpentry support on residential and commercial job sites.
• Assist lead technicians with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and fixture installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites across Connecticut.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow direct instructions from project managers.
