Date of Posting: October 18, 2026 Position: One-on-One Student Support Paraprofessional (Elementary) Job Summary: Support students' achievement in core academics and behavior areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Associate’s Degree preferred, Early Childhood, Child Development, or Reading Literacy
- Working knowledge and demonstrated competency (WorkKeys Test or MTTC Exam) in academic subjects.
- Experience with data, DIBELS, DRA, MLPP, and other assessments preferred
- Criminal Background and Central Registry check required for employment.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of computers, copiers, and other equipment to perform duties.
- Ability to maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
