MorphWorks is excited to announce our 2027 Summer Internship program, ideal for ambitious and eager students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. As a summer intern, you'll have the opportunity to work across various departments while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives that will enrich your knowledge and skills. This program aims to foster talent and provide a platform for future opportunities within MorphWorks. We offer tracks for project management, data integration, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various departments such as HR, Marketing, IT, and Operations based on individual skills and interests
• Participate in projects that align with personal and professional goals
• Support team members by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions
• Engage in training sessions to develop specific skills relevant to your career path
• Network with professionals across the organization to understand different business functions
• Complete tasks promptly, adhering to project deadlines
• Assist with organizing events or initiatives that promote team collaboration and engagement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills relevant to a consulting environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong preference and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
