Concession Stand Manager

JOB TITLE: Concession Stand Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate concession stand operations before, during, and after athletic events.
• Ensure the concession stand is properly stocked with approved food, beverages, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory and communicate purchasing or restocking needs to the appropriate administrator.
• Develop and coordinate staffing schedules for concession workers and volunteers.
• Assign and coordinate workers during events and address routine staffing needs.
• Ensure workers follow established school and county procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, food safety, and appropriate operation of the concession stand.
• Ensure the concession stand is opened and ready for events at the designated time.
• Coordinate closing procedures, including cleaning, securing equipment, storing supplies, and removing trash.
• Follow established county procedures for cash handling, receipts, deposits, and financial accountability.
• Report equipment problems, supply shortages, financial discrepancies, or other operational concerns to the Athletic Director or building principal.
• Provide courteous and professional service to students, families, staff, and community members.
• Follow all applicable county, school, health, and safety procedures.
• Ensure food and beverages are stored, prepared, and served in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Athletic Director, coaches, school staff, workers, and volunteers to support successful event operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the building principal or Athletic Director.
