Finisher I employees remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections that could impact product reliability, proper assembly, or long-term performance. Their work serves as a vital quality checkpoint, helping to ensure that parts are safe, functional, and ready for use in demanding military applications.

As a Finisher I, you will:

Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections from machined components to ensure parts meet engineering and quality specifications. Inspect finished parts for defects or irregularities that could affect product performance or compliance with specifications. Support product durability and longevity by ensuring components are properly finished before moving to inspection or assembly. Help prevent structural failures and assembly issues by ensuring parts are free of excess material and manufacturing defects. Prepare parts for the next stage of production by ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for inspection, assembly, or shipment.
