Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday – Friday

Pay: $28 - $32 an hour

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair hydraulic systems, drive axles, mast components, and industrial equipment.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting specifically on forklifts.
• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and heavy repairs on company trucks (brakes, oil, suspension, troubleshooting).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop area while tracking inventory and ordering replacement parts.
• Ensure all repaired vehicles and heavy equipment strictly meet OSHA and company safety standards.

Position Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of heavy equipment mechanic, fleet truck, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Prior experience with forklift maintenance and repair is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in an outdoor/shop environment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and pass a standard background check.
