CPS Professional - Initial Assessment

JOB REQUIREMENTS: In Monroe County, Initial Assessment completes comprehensive assessments with the family to determine their strengths and needs, to develop a family plan to mitigate and resolve concerns regarding child\'s safety within the home. Workers are flexible, supportive and committed to working with the family to determine best solutions. Social workers within the Children and Family Services Unit work as a team to meet the long-term needs of the family, including family network teams, service coordination and at times court intervention ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have bachelor\'s degree with a major in social work or related field. A valid Wisconsin driver\'s license is required.
