Automotive Service Advisor

Monaco Motors in Canoga Park, CA is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to support our customers throughout the vehicle repair process. Are you an experienced automotive professional who enjoys working with people? Do you have mechanical knowledge and the confidence to explain and sell necessary repairs? If so, we want to hear from you!

This position earns $85,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience. The compensation structure also includes a production-based bonus plan.

Additionally, we provide a Christmas bonus of $100 for each year you have been with our company. You'll enjoy a regular Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

YOUR ROLE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you help customers navigate the repair process from the moment they arrive. You check in clients, gather the information needed to understand their concerns, and help create accurate repair estimates.

Using your automotive and mechanical knowledge, you clearly explain recommended services and repairs. You help customers understand what their vehicles need and confidently present repair options.

You work closely with our team to provide customers with a professional and positive experience. Your customer-service ability, sales skills, and mechanical understanding help build trust while supporting the productivity of the shop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check in clients and document their vehicle concerns
• Assist with creating repair estimates
• Explain recommended services and repairs to customers
• Sell necessary vehicle repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members
• Help create a positive customer experience
• Support production and sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Automotive or mechanical knowledge
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

• Annual compensation: $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience
