Cheers to creating an incredible tomorrow!

At Molson Coors, we tackle big challenges and defy the status quo. With a proud legacy of excellence, an incredible portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands, and a bold vision for our future... we’re on the path to transforming the beverage industry. That requires remarkable individuals who are curious, tenacious, and never afraid to fail forward.

We seek, value and respect everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences knowing that we are stronger together. We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.

Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.

Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Senior Finance Analyst, working in Milwaukee, WI, you’ll lead our monthly and long-range depreciation forecasts for the U.S. business and own the end-to-end capitalization process for North American projects. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering project managers and Global Business Services to shepherd each project through the asset-in-service pipeline. Your diligence will keep our records audit-ready, safeguarding key accounting controls and supporting the Capital Finance Manager during audit reviews. Always looking to improve, you’ll streamline workflows and automate routine tasks to free the team for higher-value analysis. As the subject-matter expert for SAP and SharePoint, you’ll refine these systems while rolling out next-generation Power BI dashboards that give leaders instant clarity on capital spend and depreciation trends.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead depreciation forecasting - Deliver monthly latest‐estimate (LE) and long-range projections, capturing the impact of both in-service assets and upcoming capital spend.
  • Own asset-in-service capitalization - Partner with engineering project managers to complete AIS forms and work with GBS to post finished projects accurately each month.
  • Maintain audit-ready controls - Safeguard fixed-asset accounting processes, align with policy, and support the Capex Manager during internal and external audits.
  • Review and govern capital projects - Assess scopes, budgets, and timelines before final approval, flagging gaps and risks so only well-supported projects advance.
  • Drive continuous improvement - Serve as the SME for SAP and SharePoint, expand Power BI dashboards, and streamline workflows to boost speed and accuracy.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree and at least 4+ years of financial analyst experience.
  • You have strong Excel skills and experience with various financial and software systems.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly, accurately, and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills and can navigate ambiguity.
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business.
  • You are naturally curious and have a strong desire to develop analytical and predictive models to support business needs.

Beverage Bonuses:

  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office
  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
  • On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences
