Technical Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will drive the analysis, design, and support of marketing technology and data solutions, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes. Rate Range: $49/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define data-driven solutions for marketing applications.
• Analyze data models, system integrations, and workflows across digital marketing and content management platforms.
• Develop, modify, and support SQL-based data sourcing processes, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex data and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide Level 3 production support.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to create user stories, data mappings, lineage documentation, and data profiling artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, improve data quality, and support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in application development, data analysis, and technology solutions within the financial services industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL development, relational databases (Sybase, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and data modeling.
• Proven experience using AI-enabled tools for user story creation, requirements gathering, and data analysis activities.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
