Study Moderator 1

Summary: In this role the moderator will work with cross functional teams to support initiatives with hardware as well as run user studies.

Minimum requirements:

Candidate must meet one of the following:

• Minimum 6 months of previous Apple tenure
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed hardware allocations database
• Managing and tracking hardware inventory to ensure availability and alignment with team needs
• Running participants through user studies
• Communicating cross-functionally
• Familiarity with iOS, watchOS, macOS, or Apple hardware
• Must be able to handle multiple time-constrained tasks to meet daily deadlines
• Detail oriented problem solver with a passion for quality and user experience
• Strong communicator with immediate team members and client side stakeholders
• Ability to adjust and deliver in fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Quick-learner/Self-starter with an ability to distill complex matter

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented with project management skills
• Demonstrated decision-making skills in an engineering environment
• 6 months of proven experience in software user experience or QA testing for consumer products at Apple
• Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively
• Proficient in iOS applications, including Numbers and Keynote
• Ability to be on-site full-time and support hardware deliveries
• Comfortable sitting under bright lights

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
