ServiceNow Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will drive business improvements by gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals. Rate Range: $49/Hour to $51/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Business Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog grooming sessions, stakeholder meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support the design and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
• Drive process optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and business outcomes through ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements, creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
