Senior PCAI Solution Enablement Engineer / Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Senior PCAI Solution Enablement Engineer / Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Pomona, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will drive PCAI solution enablement by leading configuration engineering, technical impact analysis, and system architecture assessments to ensure scalable and compliant solutions. Rate Range: $41/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior PCAI Solution Enablement Engineer / Technical Lead Responsibilities include:

• Lead PCAI solution configuration engineering and system architecture assessments for new and existing configuration requests.
• Develop, review, and maintain solution BOMs (Bill of Materials) and UCIDs to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Perform hardware integration reviews and configuration impact analysis to support solution readiness.
• Coordinate component changes, exception-support packages, and cross-functional technical activities.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain configuration assurance, downstream tracking artifacts, and knowledge transfer documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, configuration engineering, or system integration environments.
• Strong expertise in solution/system architecture, BOM development, UCID management, and configuration impact analysis.
• Experience with hardware integration, change coordination, and managing complex solution enablement activities.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
