SAP GTS Functional Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an SAP GTS Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Pomona, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will drive SAP GTS compliance and customs processes, ensuring effective configuration, analysis, and delivery of global trade solutions for complex business requirements. Rate Range: $64/Hour to $71/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP GTS Functional Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Lead SAP GTS configuration and support activities for global trade compliance, customs management, and regulatory processes.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP GTS solutions and system enhancements.
• Manage export/import compliance processes, including SPL screening, embargo checks, license determination, and product classification.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support integrations between SAP GTS, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and external data service providers for denied party screening and trade classifications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) implementation and support projects.
• Proven expertise in SAP GTS Configuration, Embargo Management, License Determination, Compliance Management, and Customs Processes.
• Experience with SAP GTS E4H Greenfield implementations is mandatory.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $70.00 per hour
