Python full stack developer with GenAI

Akkodis is seeking a Python fullstack developer with GenAI for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA/ Austin TX. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Python (Flask/FastAPI), Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, and AI Agent/Bot development in a Linux-based environment. Rate Range: $55/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Python fullstack developer with GenAI Responsibilities include:

• Migrate existing Oracle APEX applications to Flask or FastAPI while preserving functionality and improving application architecture.
• Develop and maintain server-rendered web applications using Jinja2, including dashboards, reports, forms, and self-service portals.
• Design and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers using python-oracledb or SQLAlchemy.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and internal automation workflows.
• Develop AI-powered agents and bots to streamline operational processes and enhance user experiences.
• Implement secure authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO integration, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8-10 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Python-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with Flask or FastAPI, Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, RESTful API design, and Python-to-Oracle database integration.
• Proven experience developing AI Agents, bots, or GenAI-powered applications in enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
