Product Suveillance Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Product Suveillance Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plymouth, MN. The ideal candidate will support post-market surveillance activities by performing inspections, testing, and evaluations of returned medical devices while documenting investigation findings. Rate Range: $30/Hour to $32/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Suveillance Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Perform inspection, testing, and evaluation of returned medical devices associated with customer complaints.
• Conduct laboratory analyses and product performance testing in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
• Document test results, observations, and investigation findings within quality and complaint handling systems.
• Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis by reviewing product data and performance trends.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality system requirements, and internal company procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete investigations accurately and within required timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, healthcare, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory testing and analysis experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document test results and investigation findings.
• Experience performing product testing, troubleshooting, or complaint investigations in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and quality management processes is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
