Lead / Sr Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Lead / Sr Developer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable AWS-based full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless system integrations. Rate Range: $53/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead / Sr Developer Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Node.js, and Angular/React technologies.
• Optimize backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across enterprise applications.
• Integrate multiple data sources, microservices, and third-party platforms to streamline business processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, support seamless user experiences, and drive project delivery.
• Implement and enforce best practices for application security, CI/CD automation, code quality, and cloud-native architecture.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack application development, system integration, and cloud-based architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Node.js, Angular/React, Microservices, CI/CD, SQL, and API development.
• Experience building and optimizing scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift, Kinesis, and CloudFormation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
