EPM

Modis is seeking an EPM for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will Lead complex eCommerce and Contact Center initiatives from planning through deployment, ensuring successful delivery of scalable business and technology solutions. Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

EPM Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale eCommerce and Contact Center projects from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve delivery risks.
• Facilitate process improvements, solution design discussions, testing activities, and production go-live readiness.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Influence technical and business decisions by leveraging strong project management expertise and understanding complex system landscapes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex eCommerce, Contact Center, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
