Developer

Modis is seeking a Developer (Digital Assets Product Manager) for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap execution, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting innovative digital asset and blockchain-based solutions in a fast-paced environment. Rate Range: $49/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer (Digital Assets Product Manager) job responsibilities include:

• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for digital asset platforms, consumer trading products, automated compliance solutions, and Web3 wallet initiatives.
• Translate complex business challenges and market opportunities into actionable product requirements, user stories, and deliverable features.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing enhancements and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and feature specifications.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Establish and manage internal alpha, beta, and dogfooding programs to validate product readiness and ensure quality prior to customer releases.
• Design and execute experimentation frameworks, A/B testing initiatives, and data-driven optimization programs to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Analyze onboarding flows, KYC processes, transaction funnels, and user behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role supporting digital products and technology platforms.
• Strong experience managing Agile product development processes, product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain technologies, Web3 ecosystems, and decentralized applications.
• Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user experience optimization, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and executing A/B testing, experimentation strategies, and product analytics initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset platforms, fintech organizations, or blockchain technology companies.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), digital wallets, tokenized assets, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience working with AI-powered products, Generative AI applications, or intelligent automation solutions.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $60.00 per hour
