AWS Bedrock

Akkodis is seeking an AWS Bedrock for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock, leveraging RAG, AI agents, vector search, and scalable cloud services to deliver business-driven outcomes. Rate Range: $50/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AWS Bedrock Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI agent workflows.
• Build and integrate scalable backend services and APIs using Python, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS cloud services.
• Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines using SageMaker for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Implement vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge-based AI solutions while integrating enterprise data sources such as S3 and databases.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost optimization by implementing IAM controls, guardrails, compliance standards, and monitoring AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions and maintain high-performing production systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Python development, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI agents, and MLOps in production environments.
• Proven expertise in AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and serverless application architecture.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
