AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer

Modis is seeking an AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will drive the development and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business operations and enhance user productivity.
• Build and maintain complex Power Automate workflows, including approvals, integrations, exception handling, and process automation.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise data sources.
• Develop conversational experiences, custom actions, and orchestration workflows that align with business requirements and user needs.
• Troubleshoot, test, optimize, and support AI-driven solutions across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI and automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of Power Platform development and 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development in a production environment.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph APIs, and enterprise data sources.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
