Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift

## Position Description The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for utilizing prints, work instructions and wiring diagrams in order to assemble product on the production line. This may include the use of power tools, hand tools, overhead hoists and fixtures to complete assembly and transport material to and from the work station. Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for adhering to all safety and quality requirements while meeting production schedule demands. Hours: 1st Shift : 6:00AM - 2:00PM Mon-Fri (Saturday Overtime Mandatory) 2nd Shift : 2:00PM -- 10:00PM Mon-Fri (Saturday Overtime Mandatory) 3rd Shift : 10:00PM-6:00AM Mon-Fri (Saturday Overtime Mandatory) Base Pay $25.59 With Differential $30.59/hour Shift Differential: $5.00 ## Key Responsibilities - Using various manual and powered hand tools to assemble units according to customer specifications. - Ability to measure, cut, fit, and insulate water piping assembly. - Reads blueprints work instructions, and wiring diagrams to build or modify units. - Ensure completion of Quality and Production checklists/processes. - Use computer to access and enter information including Windows based and CAD platforms.
