Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program and contract risks in coordination with the government DCO-S Program Office.
Serve as the primary contractor interface for PMO-related matters with the government program office, CFC and SSC stakeholders, and mission system owners.
Coordinate resource allocation, staffing, and prioritization across matrixed teams to meet delivery commitments.
Prepare and deliver status reports, decision briefings, and performance updates for government and internal leadership.
Drive process improvements, lessons learned, and standardized PMO practices across the contract effort.

10+ years of relevant experience leading PMO or program management activities on DoW/DAF/USSF or similar government contracts.
In lieu of a Master’s degree, 18+ years of progressive relevant experience will be considered.

Desired Experience:

PM DoD 8140 compliant certification preferred; CISM, CISSP, or other cyber certification is desirable

Demonstrated leadership of matrixed teams and ability to influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and briefing skills.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe development environments and the deployment and sustainment of mission capabilities.
