Maintenance Technician

MLP Management, LLC is a well-established, regional property management company seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join its team!.

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner, including painting
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Maintenance Technician qualifications:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 years in multi-family) required
• EPA Certification
• CPO Certification
• Class A maintenance experience preferred
• Must be available to be on-call as required.

Requirements: Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm On-call rotation required
