Concierge (Weekends, 1st shift)

Responsibilities: As a Hospital Concierge, your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the hospital environment, offering support, assistance, and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Your hospitable and "yes" man attitude, coupled with a proactive and empathetic approach, will contribute significantly to patients, visitors, and hospital staff experiencing comfort and care during their time of need.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centric mindset
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle physical demanding tasks and walk 10,000-20,000 steps daily
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Positive, outgoing and personable personality
• Ability to remain calm and composted in high-pressure situations
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• All vaccinations must be up to date
