Interior Designer

Mithun, Inc. seeks an Interior Designer in Seattle, WA, to generate high-quality design drawings, graphic design work, renderings and visualizations to support design projects and marketing pursuits; Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations; Practice a concept-based approach to interior design and act as a primary design interface with clients and consultants; and Produce concept imagery, diagrams and sketches, space plans, furniture plans, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation. Select interior finishes, furniture and equipment, color palettes, and lighting. Position requires 10-15% domestic travel annually. Telecommuting permitted within the area of intended employment up to 1 day per week.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design, and other closely related degrees, and 6 years of experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture-related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Demonstrated understanding of sustainable concepts and application; Revit proficiency; Interior design/Architecture; Concept-based design skills with strong graphic and visual communication skills. Ability to create design renderings, design presentations, and produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and sections; and experience working closely with clients and building client relationships.

Salary: $98,000-$118,000.
