As an Assistant General Manager Full Service, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead a high‑capacity Full Service operation - motivating teams, elevating service standards, and ensuring every vehicle receives exceptional care while building the skills and readiness to take on a GM role.

What You’ll Do.

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by leading the team with purpose, through all stages of the Full Service process, ensuring consistent execution, adherence to brand standards, and delivery of a high‑quality car inside and out.
• Keep your team aligned and energized by clearly communicating Mister’s vision, priorities, and what’s most important each day.
• Coach and develop team members through hands‑on leadership, driving performance, accountability, and strong teamwork.
• Lead UWC execution by motivating the team, strengthening product knowledge, and driving membership growth.
• Contribute to financial performance and operational excellence by reinforcing expectations and supporting effective day‑to‑day execution.

Are You Eligible?

• In good standing with no active counseling reports.
• At least 90 days of Operations Lead experience at Mister (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Have completed Track II of the Operations Leadership Program (required).
