Resource Allocation and Scheduling: Coordinate resource allocation, including staff deployment and equipment distribution, to maximize efficiency and maintain adequate coverage at all times.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for security operations. Analyze financial reports to manage expenses and meet budget goals.
Incident Response and Crisis Management: Lead response efforts for incidents and security emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as required.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with company goals. Contribute to business development efforts by improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Own It: Focus on excellence in everything you do and each interaction you have with all clients

Represent: Always understand that you are the face of the company to our customers
Diversity: Every project is different so you must enjoy variety in your workday
Work as One Team: Work closely with Minuteman’s sales, management, and operations teams to best serve our customers
Find a way: Turn challenges into opportunities
Play To Win.

What we like about you:

A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is advantageous.
