This role will also support Milacron’s broader Lifecycle Care portfolio, with the Reliability Program as its primary focus.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Build and process Reliability Program quotes for new machine orders and existing-fleet attachments, partnering with Sales and Order Entry to ensure accurate pricing and scope.
  • Track active programs from sale through execution, ensuring inspections are scheduled, completed, reported, and renewed on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Service Technicians performing Reliability Program inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Own and maintain SOPs, inspection workbooks, and customer-facing inspection report standards to promote consistency and quality across technicians.
  • Provide training and support to technicians on program procedures and documentation.
  • Enable the Sales team through program training, collateral, pricing guidance, and support during customer conversations.
  • Maintain program records in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and SAP, and report on attachment rates, program revenue, completion rates, and customer satisfaction to support management decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, and Order Management to align program goals and customer expectations.
  • Support the management and growth of Milacron Lifecycle Care offerings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of injection molding machines and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Experience quoting and pricing service or aftermarket offerings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including Field Service Lightning and/or CPQ, Smartsheet, and SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, sales representatives, and customers.
  • Hands-on experience with injection molding machine installation, commissioning, or maintenance preferred.
  • Experience managing a service attachment or aftermarket product line preferred.
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering principles preferred.
