Shift Leader (Full or Part Time)

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibility of assigned location for either opening, closing, or working mid shifts Schedule monitoring: Keeping people accountable for knowing their hours Training and offering leadership to your crew members Fan Relations: Turning Frowns into Smiles Cost Controls: Keeping an eye on food and labor costs Cash handling: Counting at closing and money to the bank

Previous management experience Friendly, Smiling Face Outgoing personality Ability to lead and inspire others Retail/Fast Food Experience
