Coordinate with design firms, contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and commissioning teams through construction, testing, energization, and commissioning
Promote consistent engineering practices, communicate decisions and risks, and mentor engineers

Experience with ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or comparable electrical analysis software
Ability to resolve electrical engineering and construction challenges and communicate recommendations to project and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, industrial, or other high-reliability facilities and capital projects
Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project environments
Experience leading technical work and mentoring engineers
Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure, where applicable
Experience using AI-assisted tools to support engineering reviews, risk identification, design comparisons, issue resolution, and documentation
