This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
What You'll Do

- Define program objectives, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, risks, budgets, and success measures; maintain integrated plans and ownership of financial health and delivery predictability.
- Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, cloud, security, data, applications, architecture, operations, business teams, acquired organizations, and vendors; resolve cross-functional conflicts and escalate decisions affecting delivery.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including iterative planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional team coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Provide concise, data-driven executive reporting on progress, financial health, risks, key decisions, and outcomes; ensure steering committees and PMO governance forums receive timely visibility into program health and executive actions required.
- Partner with technical leaders to convert technology roadmaps and M&A integration priorities into executable programs; challenge assumptions, identify delivery dependencies, and ensure operational readiness.
- Guide AI initiatives from use-case evaluation and pilot through implementation, adoption, governance, and value realization; communicate business value, adoption requirements, and governance frameworks to stakeholders.
- Lead M&A technology due diligence and post-close integration planning, including Day 1 readiness, application and infrastructure integration, security and access alignment, dependency mapping, and transition to operations.
- Communicate complex technical topics in business language; support stakeholder readiness, organizational change, and adoption outcomes across programs.
