• Knowledge of ingredients for all restaurant items and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain positive working relationships
• Clear oral and written communication
• Willingness to work flexible hours and stay calm in high-pressure, interruptive situations
